Financial remedy: Form H1 - Statement of costs

Use this form to provide the court with a summary of the legal costs incurred with relation to the financial remedy application up to the final hearing as well as an estimation of those costs still to be incurred until the end of the final hearing and in the implementation of the proposed court order.
