How we make drafting a document more efficient
Our technology is the culmination of over two decades of legal and technical knowhow. Put simply the process is just like filling in one of the questionnaires you send to your clients - our system asks you a series of questions and then uses complex logic to create a bespoke first draft of the document in real time that will be suitable for the majority of use cases. You can do this face-to-face or send the document to one of your clients to fill in at home.
Our technology makes the process of creating high quality legal documents much more efficient and only needs to involve your legal team where their expertise is most needed.
How we make our content great
As efficient as our drafting tool is, there is no benefit to it if the content of the bespoke first draft is not up to the standard solicitor's require. That is why all of our templates are drafted and maintained by a team of solicitors, that not only update the templates for changes in the law, but also to make the questionnaire and the document itself easier to understand.
Three simple steps
STEP ONE
Complete an online questionnaire
Simply select the document you need from those available and get your client to answer the questions, either face-to-face or by sharing the document with them digitally.
STEP TWO
Review the draft
Once the questionnaire has been answered you can review the draft document either in the questionnaire session, which allows you to make changes to answers in the questionnaire or directly to the text, or export to Word so that you can edit it in that format.
STEP THREE
Print and sign
Once your document is complete:
- Download your document in Word or PDF format to store in your own systems.
- Print and provide it to your clients – many of our documents come with signing instructions to make it even easier.
