Financial remedy: Form PPF2 - Pension compensation attachment annex

If the parties intend to apply to court for a consent order then, if a copy of the application and the details of the address for service and payment of the person to whom the pension provider is to make payments in terms of the attachment order has not been given to the Pension Protection Fund (PPF), then this document should be completed as a draft and sent to the (PPF) together with a copy of the draft consent order and the address details referred to above (some of which is contained in the PPF2 document), prior to asking the court to make the draft order an order of court. Once the court has made the pension compensation attachment order this document should be sent to the PPF together with a copy of the final pension compensation attachment order. The pension provider needs the information contained in the Form PPF2 Pension compensation attachment annex to enable it to implement the terms of the court order.
