Form AT5 - Notice to be given to tenants prior to tenancy (Scotland)

If you are a landlord entering into a short assured tenancy with a tenant in Scotland, you must provide form AT5 before the tenancy begins. The form informs the tenant that the tenancy is a Short Assured Tenancy in terms of Section 32 of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988. This form can be used for tenancies which have up to 7 tenants. If there is more than one tenant, you need to give each tenant a form AT5. This document is only for use in Scotland.
