This drafting process addresses tenant and RTB notice information requirements in relation to rent reviews for private residential tenancies in existance as of 28th February, 2026. It also caters for properties which are claimed to be exempt from the former Rent Pressure Zone limitation regulations.The RTB rent calculator must be used to determine the maximum permitted rent increase, if any, for non-exempt properties located in a former RPZ and a link to this calculator is provided in the drafting process.
