Financial remedy: Statement of issues

Not less than 14 days before the hearing of the FA a Statement of issues needs to be filed at court and served on your spouse/civil partner. It is a statement of the issues that need to be decided by the court, indicating in each case whether you and your spouse/civil partner agree, or if you disagree, stating what your position is and, if you know, what your spouse's/civil partner's position is.
