Financial remedy: Form PPF - Pension Protection Fund inquiry form

Use this form in financial remedy proceedings to get information about the value of your pension if your pension arrangement has been accepted into the Pension Protection Fund (PPF). The PPF pays compensation to members of pension schemes where an employer has entered into insolvency and there are insufficient assets to cover PPF levels of compensation. Once completed, you should send this to the PPF Board. This document can only be used in England & Wales.
