Financial remedy: Form P2 - Pension attachment annex

If the parties intend to apply for a consent order, the pension provider must be sent a copy of the application and the service/payment address of the person to whom they will make payments in terms of the attachment order. If this has not happened, this document should be completed as a draft and sent to the pension provider together with a copy of the draft consent order. Thist must happen before asking the court to make the draft order an order of court. The purpose is to enable the pension provider to object to the making of the attachment order. Once the court has made the pension attachment order, this document should also be sent to the pension provider together with a copy of the final attachment order. The pension provider needs the information contained in the 'Form P2 - Pension attachment annex' to enable it to comply with the terms of the court order.
