Financial remedy: Form P1 - Pension sharing order annex

This document should be completed and sent to the pension provider once a court has made a pension sharing order. If the parties intend to apply to court for a consent order then it should be completed and sent with the draft consent order to the pension provider before an application for a consent order is made. Once the final order has been obtained the document and the pension sharing order will be provided to the pension company to enable them to implement the pension sharing order.
