Financial remedy: Form G - Notice of response to first appointment

Compatible region(s):

When a married couple or civil partners apply for divorce, judicial separation, nullity, separation or dissolution, some form of financial arrangement between them will usually be required. This process is referred to as 'financial relief'. Either you or your spouse/civil partner would have started or continued with the financial relief process by completing and filing Form A. When the court receives Form A, it will send Form C to both of you. Form C will indicate the date of the first appointment. Once you have received notice of the date of the first appointment, you must send this Form G to court stating whether or not you are ready for a financial dispute resolution meeting at the first appointment. This form is only for use in England and Wales.
